Treatments:
Amma Fusion – a blend of eastern massage techniques influenced by Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga and traditional Thai Massage, Chinese Tuina and Acupressure.
Aromatherapy – an indulgent treat that mixes a gentle holistic massage with luxurious essential oils tailored to the individual needs of the client.
Advanced Clinical Massage – an intense form of massage that relieves ongoing muscle pain such as knots, trapped nerves and strains.
Ear Candling – a pleasant, non-evasive alternative to syringing. Good for relieving sinus pain, loosening ear wax and improving auricular health.
The Ear candle is not a normal wax candle but actually a cotton tube, impregnated with beeswax, honey and therapeutic oils. Ear candling may relieve pressures and pain in the ear and head area and could be helpful for headaches, compacted earwax, sinus problems.
What does it involve?
Fully dressed the client lies down on their side, with their head supported on a pillow so the auditory canal is vertical. The candle is then lit and the non-burning end is placed gently into the outer ear passage and is turned lightly to seal it in place.
The candle then generates a pleasant crackling sound and a warm, comfortable feeling while it draws out the impurities from the ear. After around 10 minutes the process is repeated on the other ear. This is followed by a period of relaxation, and sometimes a facial massage concentrating on the sinus areas.

Pregnancy and Labour Massage
This gentle treatment is designed to help relax and support your body during a period of physical and hormonal change as well as help prepare the whole body for birth. This treatment alleviates common issues like lower back pain, swelling of hands and feet, headaches, cramps, insomnia, muscular stiffness, mood swings, sinus congestion or sciatic pain. Massage is not only good for the pregnant client by giving her time to unwind and relax, it is also of great benefit for the baby. It has an indirect relaxing effect on the baby as the mother releases oxytocin and prolactin as a result of skin stimulation.
